Guardian Home Program
A guardian home is a great opportunity for a person or family to enjoy a "pick of the litter" puppy/dog that is considered for breeding by the breeder. These dogs are usually the best of the best. A great dog at NO CHARGE! Often, there is a deposit to ensure commitment by the guardian home and then reimbursed over the time of the breeding career. The breeder retains the breeding rights to the puppy/dog until the end of his/her breeding career but lives with the guardian home. The breeder takes care of all the breeding expenses of the dog. The dog comes to the breeder for the duration of the birth and raising of the pups, around 5-6 weeks. At around age 4 and after 1-4 litters for females and age 6 for males, the dog will be spayed or neutered by the breeder and live for the remainder of his/her life with the guardian home. Please contact us if you would like to be considered as a guardian home or for more info!
